The
history of dye lasers development. II. The photochemical lasers – important
stage of dye lasers development
Abstract
In
the present paper of the cycle “The history of dye lasers development” the
evolution of the conception of excited state photochemical lasers has been
considered. First research works on the excited state inter- and intramolecular
proton transfer lasers and attempts in achieving laser action of excimers and
exciplexes have been analyzed.
