Development and validation for method of
quantitative determination of clotrimazole in medicated
films for treatment of otomycosis
Abstract
Method of quantitative determination of
clotrimazole in polymeric medicated films has been developed for treatment of
patients with otomycosis with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method by self
absorption. Validation of the method in the parameters of linearity, accuracy
and precision demonstrated the possibility of its use for analyses of films
with clotrimazole.
