Abstract
The full-atom three-dimentional structure
of the enzyme-substrate complex for the catalytic domain of phosphodiesterases
with the cyclic diguanosine monophosphate is constructed by results of the combined
quantum mechanical – molecular mechanical (QM/MM) simulations.
