Abstract. DSC, Solution calorimetry and x-ray was used to study thermodynamic and structural properties of a solvated crystal C60*2C6H5Br.Thermodinamic properties such as enthalpy and temperature of decomposition of the solvate and enthalphy of dissolution of C60 in bromobenzene as well as crystal structure of the solvate was determined. According to this data C60*2C6H5Br is a true van der Vaals compound. Phase diagram of a system C60-C6H5Br was constructed. It predicted the existence of the temperature maximum of solubility of C60 in bromobenzene.
